AYE Care stands for Australian Youth and Elder Care. More than just a name, it reflects why we started.
As a frontline nurse working across emergency departments, correctional centres and remote communities, I saw what happens when care is rushed, disconnected or stripped of dignity. I also saw what happens when care is done right. When it is grounded in trust, respect and genuine connection.
AYE Care was born from that experience. We are a small, dedicated team of healthcare professionals including registered and enrolled nurses and a provisional psychologist who bring both lived experience and professional insight to every interaction.
Our team members have walked the path as support workers themselves and understand the real-life challenges that participants and families face every day.

Highly vetted support workers
All of our staff and especially support staff undergo a comprehensive vetting process including an NDIS worker screening check, National police check, Yellowcard and working with children clearance.

At AYE Care, we pride ourselves in our attention to details and the ability to try and accommodate participants the best way possible. We offer multiple free of charge meetings to get a better understanding of the participants and their needs which allows us to match the best and most suited support staff for their care.

AYE Care is proudly based in Southeast Queensland, but our commitment to care travels far and wide.
We support participants across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, the Darling Downs and surrounding regions. We are always open to going further for the right fit.
